MANILA, Philippines – The body of an unidentified woman was retrieved by rescue teams in La Libertad town, Negros Oriental on Saturday.

The woman’s body, which was found with the help of K9 units, was just the third body found six days after a devastating 6.9-magnitude earthquake hit the province.

Authorities believe that about 40 more people are buried by a landslide in the area.

However, retrieval operations have been difficult because of thick mud and debris.
