MANILA, Philippines (UPDATE) – Three people died in a collision between a dump truck and a bulk carrier truck in Norzagaray, Bulacan Wednesday morning, police said.

Police said dump truck driver Christian Legaspi, bulk carrier truck driver Rio Delos Santos, and Asi Solis died on the spot after the head-on collision in Barangay Malictic.

A certain Michael Desajo was injured in the crash.

According to Ronnie Supang, who was with Legaspi and Delos Santos, the dump truck's engine failed, resulting in the collision.
