Around 700 residents and officials of Porac town in Pampanga province held a “walk for peace” Wednesday in support of President Arroyo.

Porac Mayor Rogelio Santos himself led his townmates during the walk Wednesday morning.

The Porac residents, bearing placards, called on critics of the President to give her a break, let her do her job as the country’s chief executive and let her finish her term until 2010.

They expressed their solid support to the president despite the issues that are hounding her administration.

They believe that Filipinos are in good hands with Mrs. Arroyo.

They said she has poured numerous projects in Porac and in most parts of Pampanga province.
