Suspected child rapist nabbed in Palawan
Police on Wednesday arrested a man wanted for allegedly repeatedly raping a minor in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan province.
Chief Superintendent Luisito Palmera, Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan) regional police director, identified the suspect as Rogelio Rabanes, 46, former resident of Barangay Luzviminda.
Palmera said police tracker teams arrested Rabanes from his hideout in Sitio Binatuan, Barangay Abungan, Taytay town around 10:30 a.m.
The police director said Rabanes is wanted for repeatedly raping a minor in Barangay Luzviminda. Police said the suspect raped the minor on several occasions in 1994, 1996, 1998, 1999 and 2000.
Palmera said the suspect is the most wanted person in Mimaropa with a P250,000 price tag on his head.

Palawan Rapist
Dahil sa kababuyan ni gov. joel reyes, na isang numero unong rapist sa puerto princesa, nagiging pangkaraniwan na lamang ang paglapastangan sa mga kababaihan ng Palawan.
Dapat ring ikulong ang hayop na gov. joel reyes at iparape sa mga preso sa bilibid para matikman naman niya kung papaano ang nararamdaman nang isang biktima nang rape.
