BACOLOD - A skull was found on a beach in Barangay 35 in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.

Police Officer (PO2) Orlando Caporal of Police Station 1 said a person identified as Mac-mac found the skull while he and his friends were playing along the beach last Saturday.
 
Caporal said the skull is that of an adult, but they have not yet determined if it is that of a male or female.

He also said the skull may be that of someone who died at sea or whose body was dropped into the sea.

The skull will be brought to the Philippine National Police (PNP) laboratory for further examination.

Caporal said they don't have any missing person on record.
