Batangas has 71 cases of A(H1N1)

The Provincial Health Office of Batangas has confirmed that the number of A(H1N1) cases have gone up to 71 as of Tuesday.

The town of Nasugbu registered the highest number with 31 patients, followed by Batangas City with 13 and the towns of Taal and Balayan with 5 each.

Other towns which have also reported positive cases including Bauan, Cuenca, Sto. Tomas, Tanauan City, San Juan, San Jose, Calatagan, Lipa City and Tuy.

According to Provincial Health Officer Dr. Rosvilinda Ozaeta, there is no reason to be alarmed because all the patients were responding positively to medication and were showing good signs of recovery.
