MANILA, Philippines - Three people were killed in a hacking incident in Misamis Oriental province Wednesday.

Initial investigation showed that suspect Joni Macalagi first hacked his wife Crisanta due to a family squabble.

He then turned his anger towards his neighbor Rogelio Tublan and killed him.

The incident happened around 7 a.m. in Barangay Casinglot in Tagoloan.

The third fatality was Macalagi himself who sustained hack wounds allegedly from another suspect. Report from Fred Dellava, dzMM
