Plane crashlands at Loakan

MANILA, Philippines (2nd UPDATE) - A training aircraft crash-landed at the Loakan Airport in Baguio City on Thursday morning.

An initial report from the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said an RPC 8864 Cessna 152 training aircraft crash-landed at the airport at 9:27 a.m..

It said that its occupants, Captain Glen Pedraha and student pilot Paul Burns, sustained minor injuries. They were rushed to the PMA General Hospital.

The training aircraft is reportedly owned by the Omni Aviation School based in Clark, Pampanga. -- with a report from Dhobbie de Guzman, ABS-CBN Baguio
