A 30-year-old woman in San Enrique town, Iloilo province has given birth to all-girl healthy quadruplets.

Rosalyn Agrabio of Barangay Abacca, San Enrique, gave birth to the quadruplets last Tuesday at the Western Visayas Medical Center.

Doctors said the girls were all born healthy and weighed a kilogram each.

Agrabio said she and her husband, who is a farmer, see the babies as a blessing to their family.

She said they were actually expecting a triplet and were surprised when four baby girls came out from her womb. She gave birth by caesarean section.

She said the babies were still in hospital and were set to be discharged soon.
