COTABATO CITY - Police on Monday presented to the media another surrenderee related to the Maguindanao massacre last November 2009.
Elements of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (CIDG-ARMM) identified the suspect as Datutuhon Esmael, 23, and a resident of barangay Labu-Labu in Datu Hoffer.
Esmael refused to talk on camera, saying only that he works as a farmer and sometimes as a "skylab" driver.
