MANILA, Philippines – A driver has been accused of raping his employer’s 13-year-old daughter in Pangasinan, police said.

But because of fear, the victim said she did not tell her parents about the incident.

The suspect, 22-year-old Mar Castro, allegedly raped the teenager on two occasions.

Castro, a resident of Calasiao, denied that he raped the victim, claiming that they have a relationship.

However, he may still face charges of rape in relation to child abuse because the victim is a minor.
 
The incident is the 14th case of rape involving minors reported in Dagupan City this year. -- Report from Nica Tomines, ABS-CBN News Pangasinan
