Authorities seized 11 bricks of marijuana dried leaves from two suspects during a buy-bust operation in Biñan, Laguna Wednesday afternoon.

CALABARZON Police Provincial Director Gen. Perfecto Palad identified the suspects as Purificacion Reyes, 60; and Jonathan Apeta, 30.

Confiscated from their possession were 11 bricks of marijuana weighing approximately 11 kilos. The two are now detained for investigation while the recovered evidence has been submitted to the crime lab for examination.
