PNoy spending night in quake-hit Bohol
BOHOL - President Benigno Aquino on Wednesday returned to quake-ravaged Bohol province to check ongoing relief and rehabilitation efforts.
Aquino said he wanted to visit Loon town to calm residents and tell them that the worst of the quake is over.
He told residents that he will stay in Loon for the night to show solidarity.
He also gave relief goods and to check the damage from last week's killer quake.
He first visited Bohol a day after last Tuesday's magnitude 7.2 quake that killed 195 people.
Some Cabinet officials are accompanying the President, who is expected to hold a briefing later in the evening. - reports from Jeff Canoy, ABS-CBN News; ANC
