Plane makes emergency landing in Lingayen

A flight instructor safely landed a civilan propeller plane in Lingayen, Pangasinan last Friday after a minor malfunction affected part of the plane's landing gear.
Capt. Roberto Lasala of Fastlink Aviation School said he was forced to make an emergency landing after the plane's left wing actuator started malfunctioning. The actuator controls the movement of the plane's wheels during takeoff and landing.
Lasala said he had to circle the plane several times before making a landing. He said two Sudanese nationals who were onboard the aircraft remained safe.
