Massacre victims' kin eye P1B from Ampatuans
MANILA, Philippines - Families of the Ampatuan massacre victims have asked the Manila Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 22 to set aside assets of Ampatuan family amounting to P1 billion to answer for all claims of damages they suffered in the massacre.
Widows Catherine Nunez, Juliet Palor Evardo, Ma. Cipriana Gatchalian, and Mirandilla Tiamzon - who represented the 58 victims' families - were accompanied by lawyer Harry Roque in filing the petition-in-intervention at the Manila RTC on Thursday.
The court is hearing an asset forfeiture case against the Ampatuan clan, whose members have been accused of being behind the massacre.
A provisional asset protection order has been issued by the court on Ampatuans' bank accounts, assets, and properties.

Really?
What insulting lifeforms you people are. Selling your family's souls. Money, Money, Money--WOW. One day you shall receive your dues for sure. Forcing the courts to perform their DUTIES is your ONLY salvation for them, BUT NO, you want the MONEY. Happy satan day to you all.
They deserved it!!!
Dapat lang pagbayaran nila.....pera ng bayan naman lahat na binulsa nila galing gobyerno(GMA administration)... they also created a massacre murder in the Philippine history...sana mabulok sila sa kulungan, the Ampatuan don't deserved to live on the society...they are evil!!!
