17 domestic flights cancelled due to 'Quinta'
MANILA, Philippines (UPDATE) – Zest Air and Cebu Pacific on Wednesday cancelled some of its domestic flights due to bad weather brought about by Tropical Storm "Quinta".
The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) media affairs division said Zest Air cancelled flights Z2 320/321 (Manila-Tacloban-Manila) and Z2 260/261 (Manila-Masbate-Manila).
Cebu Pacific, on the other hand, cancelled the following flights:

Quinta slammed into parts of Eastern Visayas on Tuesday evening, bringing rains to the provinces of Samar, Leyte, Cebu and Northern Bohol.
PAGASA said as of 5 a.m., Quinta was already in the vicinity of Catmon, Cebu. From its previous wind strength of 75 kilometers per hour, the storm is now packing 65 kph with gusts of up to 80 kph.
In an earlier interview, PAGASA forecaster Fernando Cada said in Tacloban, where some families fled their homes for fear of flashfloods and landslides, a heavy rainfall amount of 100 mm per hour was recorded in a 3-hour period.
