Pinoy hotel workers join 'Bike Ride to Makkah'
Filipino hotel employees in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia took the time out to join a fundraising campaign to help street children in Egypt, ABS-CBN Middle East News Bureau reported.
More than 20 employees of Sheraton Hotel Riyadh participated in the project dubbed as “Bike Ride to Makkah”.
Employees took turns using two stationary bikes. They hope to generate a combined distance of 1,000 kilometers.
Hotel training manager Carlos Ollero led the project as UNICEF ambassador for Sheraton Hotel Riyadh.
