MANILA, Philippines – Ten maltreated overseas Filipino workers from Riyadh arrived at the Ninoy Aquino international Airport Terminal 1 on board Gulf Airlines Flight GF 154.

All the repatriates worked as domestic helpers in Riyadh.

One of them was “Kaycee”, a rape victim who is now two months pregnant.

Kaycee said she ran away from her employer and landed a job for a Pakistani national who eventually raped her.

Worst, she said her husband abandoned her and told her not to go home after she got pregnant by the rapist.

Former Las Pinas congresswoman Cynthia Villar shouldered the air fare of the distressed workers. - Report from Raoul Esperas
