[11]MANILA, Philippines - The Supreme Court on Thursday issued another status quo ante order for 4 party-list groups that were disqualified by the Commission on Elections.
One of the party-list groups covered by the SQA order is Bantay of the controversial retired general Jovito Palparan. The others are AGRI, ABROAD and COCOFED.
At least 15 party-list groups are covered by SC status quo ante orders, allowing them to stay on the list of qualified party-list groups for the 2013 elections.
