[11]MANILA - President Aquino has name Rear Admiral Rodolfo D. Isorena as the next commandant of the Philippine Coast Guard.
Isorena replaces Vice Admiral Edmund C. Tan who is retiring.
The change of command will take place tomorrow, Friday, at the Coast Guard headquarters in Manila.
