[11]MANILA, Philippines - Philippine Airlines could soon have flights to Russia.
The Civil Aeronautics Board confirms PAL has requested a permit to fly to Russia starting September.
Based on the proposal, there will be four Manila to Moscow flights every week.
PAL says it has already received "initial" favorable response from Russian authorities on airport slots. If approved, PAL will be the first local carrier to fly to Russia. - ANC
