[11]MANILA, Philippines -- Actress Dawn Zulueta has been chosen to replace veteran star Maricel Soriano in the upcoming series "Bukas Na Lang Kita Mamahalin" with young actor Gerald Anderson.
On Monday afternoon, Zulueta was officially presented to members of the press as the newest cast member of the soap.

The actress and Anderson also had a photo shoot for the series.
Zulueta earlier confirmed on "The Buzz" that the producers of the series have already sent her the storyline.
Last week, reports on Soriano's alleged outburst on the set of the upcoming drama series circulated online. The 47-year-old actress allegedly lost her temper over Anderson's numerous takes in filming a scene.
Soriano's management and that of ABS-CBN's -- which produces the TV series -- have since decided to exclude Soriano from the cast.
Star Magic, ABS-CBN's talent management arm, however, backed Anderson's “unassailable personal character and professional behavior,” following the incident.
