long hours of water supply loss

good afternoon,

i'm living in Baesa, Kalookan City. I just want to report that the water supply loss in our area goes about 12 hours. This was going on for about 2 or 3 days.

I called Maynilad customer service and they just answered it's because of the reduction of water supply being done because of El Nino.

I have visited their website and there's no notice or announcement that our area will be affected that much because of the upgrade they were conducting.

I am asking for help to investigate what's going on in our area. I don't know if it's really Maynilad that's controlling the water supply or someone is just controlling it to benefit other areas.

The long hours of water interruption prevents us from storing enough water. The water supply in our area is almost being cut most of the day till past midnight. Water would just run through our faucets for short hours during the times that we are asleep, and early in the morning it gets cut again. So how can we store enough water.

I hope we could get help with regard to this matter as soon as possible.
