Three year old Victoria Sanchez of Puerto Princesa City sought the help of Bantay Bata 163 for her worsening heart ailment.

Owing to her congenital heart disease Victoria has always been a frail little girl, says her mother, Joy Sanchez. "Minsan kung umiiyak sya, nawawalan ho sya ng hininga at nagbu-blue yung ilalim ng kanyang mata (Sometimes, when she cries, she starts gasping for breath and the skin below her eyes starts to turn blue)."

The little girl needs surgery urgently in order to fully recover. But her parents cannot afford the said treatment and are appealing to kind hearts in order to give Victoria a chance to live a normal life.
