The Manila Electric Company (Meralco) has responded to the damage wrought by Typhoon "Frank".

Aside from the company's power restoration efforts in areas where there were power outages, its social arms- the Meralco Employees Fund for Charity and the Meralco Millennium Foundation have mobilized employee volunteers to pack and distribute 1,000 packs of grocery items to the victims of the typhoon especially in the provinces of Bulacan & Cavite.

The Meralco Development Center in Antipolo City also donated items such as clothes, blankets and towels in addition to the grocery packs for distribution.

This relief operation is part of the continued effort of MERALCO in delivering service to its community.
