Below are appointments to positions that are co-terminus with the president. These positions don’t have fixed terms unlike those listed above.
Some of these officials’ appointments are controversial, not because of the few remaining days they will hold on to the position, but because of odd circumstances, including how officials being replaced were dismissed unceremoniuously.
Some of the names below are considered “midnight appointments” since they assumed the positions on the eve of, or too close to, the March 10 ban on presidential appointments.

THE STUPIDITY OF UNSOLICITED ADVICE
TO gamorsangcopan:
We do not need your unsolicited advice and we do not aknowledged and accept the illegitimate presidency of you boss Gloria Arroyo. The only remedy on the cancerous problems of our countrymen brought about by the illegitimate presidency of Gloria Arroyo is for the people to throw her family and cronies in jail for life.
USE WISDOM IN GIVING YOUR COMMENTS
TO TOINK,
Please be reminded that the President (Her Excellency Madam President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo) is only exercising her power as the appointing authority. Whoever becomes the next President will certainly do the same act by appointing whomsoever the President thinks such an appointee is clothed with TRUST and CONFIDENCE. Don't make midnight appointments as a great blunder of our very own President. She's just a woman who deserves our highest respect.
USE WISDOM IN GIVING YOUR COMMENTS
TO ZOREN,
You listed four (4)major problems that are certainly to be resolved by Senator Noynoy Aquino if ever he becomes the next President. In advance, you've contributed your part in guiding the next president to REFORM and RESHAPE the present image of our system of governance. If you become the next President, are you sure the act of terminating incumbent government officials, officers and employees will give favorable returns in remedying the cancerous problems of our countrymen?
USE WISDOM IN GIVING YOUR COMMENTS
TO RICH,
Your list of crimes allegedly committed by the present President (Her Excellency Madam Gloria Macapagal Arroyo)is a unique of its kind and therefore you deserve to become a future leader of our country. Before you aspire for that highest post, are you really determined to be HONEST as the ANGEL from HEAVEN if you become the President of the Republic of the Philippines?
Tama ba ito
Dapat nga magbitaw sa posisyon yun iba dyan.
pabayaan nyo na lang si

Pangulong Aquino
1) Mga appointees ni GMA na kailangang aalisin sa puwesto, gaya ng SC chief of justice;
2) Mga congressmen na parang buwaya na pag di mabigyan ng sapat na pork barrel ay itatanghal na speaker of the house si GMA o kaya ang lider ng mga sikyo na si Mikee;
3) Mga militar na mawawalan ng delihensiya, tiyak na mag ku-kudeta;
Here's what Tulfo has to say about Noynoy.
Hacienda Luisita, pangakong napako
by Erwin Tulfo
Sunday, 28 February 2010 20:12

Aquino, vote buying
Noynoy's violates vote buying law
Dinky accepts Noynoy's Cabinet offer
By Aurea Calica (The Philippine Star) Updated February 24, 2010 12:00 AM
MANILA, Philippines - Liberal Party standard-bearer Sen. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III said yesterday that former social welfare secretary Corazon “Dinky” Soliman had accepted his offer for her to return to her old position if he would be elected president.
Aquino denied he already has a shadow cabinet and that only Soliman had so far signified her willingness to serve under his administration.
He said he approached another but that person only gave him a smile. He said he took it to mean that the person wanted to go back to the private sector.
Soliman was a member of the so-called “Hyatt 10” who resigned from the Cabinet of President Arroyo in July 2005 and asked her to do the same.
The Hyatt 10 said Mrs. Arroyo lost her moral ground to lead the nation after the “Hello, Garci” cheating controversy erupted after the 2004 elections.

The LAW states that:
Under the Election Code, vote-buying or vote-selling involves “any person who gives, offers or promises money or anything of value, gives or promises any office or employment,franchise or grant, public or private, or makes or offers to make an expenditure, directly or indirectly, or cause an expenditure to be made to any person, association, corporation, entity, or community in order to induce anyone or the public in general to vote for or against any candidate or withhold his vote in the election, or to vote for or against any aspirant for the nomination or choice of a candidate in a convention or similar selection process of a political party.”
