After looking at the NDCC List of 'Ondoy' fatalities, it struck me that the NDCC appears to be able to list more detailed information from regions other than NCR and I got very surprised over this. On tv interviews as well, NDCC's Chairman Gibo keeps on saying that they have no "official" information on Marikina each time concern about Marikina was raised.
How can this happen?
It is so difficult to believe that communications between and among NCR's LGU dads (in Marikina's case - LGU mom)and the NDCC could be so impaired.
It really would be appreciated were NDCC able to also include in the list the names of those from the NCR area, specially Marikina where by tv news accounts - including video coverages - and through networks like Facebook etc., there are many fatalities.
