Pacers dump Trail Blazers in OT

Point guard George Hill scored a career-high 37 points, including a tying three-pointer late in regulation, and the Indiana Pacers surged to a 118-113 overtime victory over the Portland Trail Blazers.

Forward David West scored 23 of his season-high 30 points after halftime for Indiana (39-10), which trailed by 12 in the first half but improved to 13-1 in its last 14 home games. All-Star forward Paul George had 17 points, seven assists and six rebounds.

Portland (35-15) received 38 points and 11 assists from point guard Damian Lillard, while center Robin Lopez had 17 points and 14 rebounds.

Forward LaMarcus Aldridge finished with 22 points and nine rebounds and guard Wesley Matthews scored 19.

Magic 103, Thunder 102

The Orlando Magic beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 103-102 when forward Tobias Harris scored on a breakaway dunk as time expired.

NBA leading scorer Kevin Durant had 29 points, 12 assists and five rebounds for the Thunder, but he missed his final shot that led to the winning basket by Harris.

The Magic (15-37) won their fourth consecutive home game as Harris led a balanced attack with 18 points.

The Thunder (40-12) lost for just the second time in their last 14 games.
Celtics 99, Kings 89

Forward Jared Sullinger scored 31 points as the undermanned Boston Celtics exploded on a 19-2 fourth-quarter run to capture their third straight win with a 99-89 victory over the Sacramento Kings.

Sullinger, who also had 16 rebounds, scored 14 points in the fourth quarter.

Jerryd Bayless, who came off the bench, had 19 points and four assists and forward Jeff Green scored 17 points for Boston.

Pistons 111, Nets 95

Point guard Brandon Jennings had 26 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists to lift the Detroit Pistons to a 111-95 win over the Brooklyn Nets.

Forward Josh Smith also approached a triple-double with 23 points, eight rebounds and seven assists as six Detroit players reached double figures. Swingman Kyle Singler contributed 16 points for the Pistons (20-29).

Center Andre Drummond notched his Eastern Conference-leading 37th double-double with 16 points and a career-high 22 rebounds. Reserve guard Jason Terry's season-high 18 points led the Nets (22-26).

Pelicans 98, Timberwolves 91

Forward Anthony Davis, named an All-Star for the first time just hours before the game, had 26 points and 10 rebounds and guard Eric Gordon scored nine of his 20 points in the fourth quarter to lead the New Orleans Pelicans to a 98-91 comeback victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The Pelicans (22-27) trailed 71-61 entering the fourth quarter but outscored the Timberwolves 37-20 to post their sixth victory in eight games.

Minnesota (24-25) got a game-high 26 points from forward Kevin Love, including 14 at the foul line, but the Timberwolves could not survive five fourth-quarter turnovers and the Pelicans' 65 percent shooting from the field (13 of 20) in the quarter. Love also finished with 18 rebounds.
