Cavaliers 102, Raptors 100

Dion Waiters scored a game-high 24 points and handed out seven assists in the Cleveland Cavaliers' 102-100 victory over the Toronto Raptors.

Since being inserted into the starting lineup five games ago after an injury to Kyrie Irving, Waiters is averaging 23.8 points and 6.4 assists for the Cavaliers (28-44), who earned their second win in a row.

Kyle Lowry posted a double-double with 22 points and 10 assists for the Raptors (39-31), who came into the game the third place in the Eastern Conference.

Toronto's Greivis Vasquez turned his ankle and lost his footing as the final buzzer sounded, giving up possession and any chance of forcing overtime.
