Gerry Peñalosa’s luck continues to pour in even after his successful defense of his WBO bantamweight belt two weeks ago as he won P159,000 during Monday’s episode of popular game show Wheel of Fortune.

"I really enjoyed Wheel of Fortune with Kris (Aquino). I hope to join the show again," said a beaming Peñalosa.

Joining Peñalosa during the show’s Monday episode were Rey "Boom Boom" Bautista and AJ "Bazooka" Banal.

Peñalosa is now also a proud owner of a newly opened gym at the Marketmall in Mandaluyong City.

The Gerry Peñalosa Boxing Gym opened its doors to fight enthusiasts. The WBO champion said he plans to train future champions.

The gym is furnished with photos of Peñalosa’s memorable triumphs on the ring.

Peñalosa, who dropped plans of joining the Mosley-Judah undercard fight on May 31, said he will enjoy his recent shower of blessings first while waiting for his next bout.
