DyanFit Workout: Summer Fab Abs

Get rid of unsightly belly flab by doing this circuit workout using a fitness ball. This will target your core, obliques and even your arms.
 
1. REGULAR CRUNCHES

Back on ball, extend both arms over head, holding a dumbbell. Do a regular crunch and then extend the arms further up to really make the muscles work.
 
2. OBLIQUE BALL CRUNCHES

Do the same routine, this time alternate lifting the arms to the left and right to work the obliques.
 
3. AROUND THE WORLD SIT-UPS

The last move is an around the world sit-up which works the entire mid-section. Do 10 reps of this, counting 1 round as 1 rep.
