I clearly won the fight, he says

MANILA, Philippines – Timothy Bradley won't return the World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight crown to Manny Pacquiao, asserting that he won the fight fair and square.

Bradley, who beat Pacquiao by a controversial split decision, stressed that he will keep the title amid calls that he surrender the belt.

"Everyone is saying I should give the belt back but I'm not giving the belt back. Everyone can forget about that. I won the fight,” the unbeaten boxer said in Boxing Scene.

Bradley claimed he landed the cleaner punches as opposed to Pacquiao’s power shots.

“You need to see the punches and how many times I connected and how many times Manny connected. Boxing isn't just about landing the biggest punches. That is why they have judges,” he said.

Bradley suggested fight fans should watch the fight while blocking out the sound to make a fair judging of the bout.

He claimed that the fight's ring commentators were biased for Pacquiao.

"I just watched the replay last night without any sound… Pacquiao is throwing punches and missing and the crowd is going crazy yelling. Pacquiao misses a punch and the commentators say how he hits me while I land a punch and they don't say anything," Bradley explained.
