MANILA -- Ultimate Fighting Championship champion BJ Penn will stake his lightweight title against number one contender Kenny Florian when they meet inside the Octagon for UFC 101: Declaration.

According to UFC.com, the title fight will take place at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on August 8 (August 9 in Manila).

Florian is coming off a win over Joe Stevenson in UFC 91 to challenge Penn in the 155-pound division.

In the co-feature, MMA pound-for-pound king and UFC middleweight champion Anderson "The Spider" Silva will test the waters at 205 pounds when he battles former light heavyweight champ and Ultimate Fighter season one winner Forrest Griffin.
