Up-and-coming Fil-Am boxer Ana Julaton is all set to face New York-based Dominican Dominga Olivo for her first title fight on Thursday, August 21.
A report posted on TheSweetScience.com said Julaton and Olivo will fight for the vacant WBC International super bantamweight title at the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino in Lemoore, California.
This could be the toughest fight in Julaton’s nine month career as Oliva (6-4-1) is known to be a heavy puncher.
“I’m excited about fighting Dominga Olivo,” Julaton (4-0-1) said. “She’s been in some very tough fights.”
Julaton is coached by Manny Pacquiao’s prized trainer, Freddie Roach.
