Tickets for Pacquiao vs Rios 80% sold out
MANILA – Eighty percent of the tickets for the welterweight clash between Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios this November 24 have already been sold.
Venetian Macao CEO Ed Tracy told Dong Secuya of Philboxing that he expects the remaining tickets to be sold out a week before the fight.
“We sold out about 80 per cent of the tickets. Only the most expensive ones remain,” Tracy said during his visit at Pacquiao’s Wildcard Gym in General Santos City on Thursday.
“We expect the remaining tickets to be sold out around Tuesday the fight week when the high-rollers arrive at the Casino.”
The Pacquiao-Rios bout will be staged at The Venetian Macao's 15,000-seater Cotai Arena, which has already hosted some of Top Rank’s recent fight cards.
