Organizers have announced that applications are now open for the qualifying round for the 1st Bacolod International Billiards Festival from November 12-16 in Bacolod City.
The qualifiers, which will be under the "Villiards: International Invitational 9-Ball Open", is set from November 8 to 11 at the Celebrity Billiards along Burgos Street in Bacolod.
Winners of the qualifying event will earn spots for the tournament proper.
The qualifying round is open to all billiard players, male or female, with no age limit and a registration fee of P500. Applications are first-come, first-served.
Top two players of each day will emerge as winners from every set of 64. The eight winners of the four-day qualifying round are guaranteed $300 each at the much-awaited International Invitational 9-Ball Open where they will vie for the cup prize of $37,800.
