Knicks nip Spurs to improve to 6-0
MANILA, Philippines -- The New York Knicks continued its amazing start to the season as it remained the league's only unbeaten team with an amazing road win against the mighty San Antonio Spurs.
The Knicks outscored the Spurs, 32-24, in the fourth quarter to complete a 104-100 comeback victory.
League-leading scorer Carmelo Anthony had an off night with just 9 points, but his teammates picked up the slack, particularly the backcourt tandem of Raymond Felton and Jason Kidd who hit 6 three pointers en route to a combined 39 points.
Tony Parker had 19 points and 12 assists for the Spurs, who couldn't stop the red-hot Knicks.
New York improved to 6-0, while San Antonio dropped to 7-2. -- ANC
