Pacquiao to guest on Kimmel show anew
MANILA, Philippines – Boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao is scheduled to appear at Jimmy Kimmel’s late night show next week.
According to Philboxing, Pacquiao will visit ABC network’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! this coming Wednesday (Thursday in Manila) to promote his fourth clash with Juan Manuel Marquez.
Kimmel, the self-proclaimed “lucky rabbit’s foot” of Pacquiao, has had the Filipino boxing on his show before every fight since 2009.
Pacquiao’s first appearance took place just a week before his 12th-round stoppage of Puerto Rican boxer Miguel Cotto.
It was on that show that Pacquiao did a rendition of Dan Hill’s ballad "Sometimes When We Touch."
During his later appearances on the show, the boxer also had duets with Kimmel (How Deep is Your Love) and comedian Will Ferrell (Imagine).
On Wednesday, Pacquiao is expected to talk about his December 8 bout against Marquez and his long awaited ring clash against Floyd Mayweather Jr.
