Toyota finally notches win, beats Bacchus

Toyota Otis finally scored a win when it vanquished Bacchus Energy Drink, 91-86, in the 2009 PBL PG Flex Linoleum Cup Thursday at the Jose Rizal University Gym in Mandaluyong.
RJ Jazul and JV Casio combined for five triples in the fourth quarter to outsteady Bacchus Warriors in a torrid fourth quarter shootout.
Jazul and forward Erick Rodriguez led the Sparks with 16 points each while JV Casio, Jonathan Aldave and John Wilson combined for 36 points.
Toyota was coming off two straight losses prior to their match up with Bacchus. The Sparks received a 76-67 beating in the hands of Hapee Toothpaste last Tuesday. They also suffered a 77-65 loss to Magnolia Pure on Saturday.
The Warriors, on the other hand, finished with 16 triples, a marked improvement from their horrible 5-of-45 shooting from the 3-point arch in their last two games.
