Skin woes had befallen TV host-actress Mariel Rodriguez. The usually radiant and striking “Wowowee” host admits she goes into crisis mode whenever she discovers dark spots and discoloration on her skin. This Saturday morning, March 7 on “Salamat  Dok,” Mariel will share her problem and her secrets on how to revive her skin’s flawlessness.

The pressure to look good or even perfect is heavier for TV personalities like Mariel. That is why actors and actresses are regular customers in beauty clinics. Join host Cheryl Cosim as she accompanies Mariel to Drs. Manny and Pie Calayan to learn how to address discoloration and spotting and how to take care of our skin properly.

On Sunday, March 8, it will be former “Pinoy Big Brother” celebrity housemate Rico Robles to teach us a thing or two about dieting and fitness. The radio disc jockey and boxing enthusiast will show us how he maintains his good physique even with a busy lifestyle.

Since Sunday is the International Women’s Day, the ladies will get a treat with an extensive discussion of menstrual and gynecological concerns in “Salamat Dok.” Cheryl and the doctors will tell how women can take control of their bodies instead of letting her period affect her mood, activities, and her life.
