Roberto V. Ongpin on Friday said he is mulling filing a criminal complaint against central bank Deputy Governor Nestor Espenilla for the latter's alleged violation of the anti-graft law.

Ongpin claims the violation occurred after the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas' Anti Money Laundering Council ordered a freeze on the former's bank accounts, when Espenilla already cleared the former Trade minister's transactions with Development Bank of the Philippines. - ANC News Now, January 4, 2013
