BDO Capital President Ed Francisco told ANC's Coco Alcuaz mergers and acquisitions, IPO and other deals are brewing and funding readily available. Francisco, also president of the Management Association of the Philippines, said the business community may be divided between the two sides in the trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona but are united in wanting a quick, generally-accepted resolution, in part to highlight the Philippines as an investment destination when the ADB holds its annual conference in Manila in April.
