Local and foreign businessmen noted that only 1 out of every 10 Filipino graduates find employment due to lack of necessary skills for available jobs. Members of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the European Chamber of Commerce on Thursday called for more focus on language proficiency and skills other than those offered by diploma courses to weather the hard times.
