Companies extend aid to 'Ondoy'-hit employees

A survey by the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines showed that 60% of its 1,200 private firm members have shelled out calamity loans of up to P50,000 to employees affected by Tropical Storm "Ondoy." About 38% have also released cash assistance of between P500 to P30,000 each and 32.7% have already released their employees 13th month pay.
