Diokno: Price controls on commodities, fuel to worsen Q4 growth

Former budget secretary and now economics professor Benjamin Diokno told ANC's Business Nightly that the efforts of the government to impose price controls on basic commodities and fuel is counterproductive. He stressed that these price controls will only slow down production, thus may stunt the growth of the economy in the fourth quarter.
