The Bank of the Philippine Islands has named a banking veteran as its next president. Cezar "Bong" Consing, the Hong Kong head of hedge fund "The Rohatyn Group, will succeed Aurelio Montinola who has been president of the bank since 2005. Mornings@ANC, December 13, 2012
