Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA ) chairman Francis Tolentino gamely answered questions from ABS-CBN child stars in the newest portion of "Goin' Bulilit" dubbed as "Cute & A." In the episode that aired on Sunday, Tolentino explained to the kids basic information about traffic.
