MANILA, Philippines -- An impersonator of Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao had audience cheering on "It's Showtime" as he gamely answered "personal" questions from the noontime program's hosts.
Ricky Luzano, who hails from Mandaluyong, was among the contestants of the variety show's look-alike segment "KalokaLike" on Saturday.
The 25-year-old impersonator appeared in boxing attire as he sung the Pacquiao song "Para Sa'yo ang Laban na 'To." Luzano's imitation of Pacquiao's speaking accent also drew laughter from the "madlang people."
Luzano as Pacquiao also addressed questions about his boxing career, his wife Jinkee, and mother Dionisia, before getting to kiss guest judge Andi Eigenmann and "It's Showtime" host Anne Curtis.
Of the three contestants on Saturday, Luzano, along with Jhong Hilario impersonator Chrispin Barja, won "KalokaLike."
