MANILA - One of the seven singer-contestants in the fourth season of "Pilipinas Got Talent" was "on fire" Saturday night as she took her turn in the live rounds of the reality talent search.
Twenty-three-year-old Eumee Lyn Capile, who is among the 36 acts vying for a semifinals slot in the contest, hit the big notes of the Alicia Keys hit "Girl On Fire" to the delight of the judges.
"You nailed that song, eksakto. Galing mo," judge Freddie Garcia told Capile after her performance.
Five other acts performed on Saturday -- flag-twirling group SI.CO.GU, singer John Neil Roa, belly dancer Sundee Vinas, acrobatics trio EYX Point, and black-light dance crew Zilent Overload.
Voting will determine the top three acts among the second of live performers, which will have the chance to take two slots in the semifinals. -- Pilipinas Got Talent, April 13, 2013, Saturday
