I am often amazed at how our own fellow Filipinos do not acknowledge Charice's success. I don't know if this is just plain crab mentality or insecurity. For some people, it seems so hard to feel happy for your kababayan's success.

-Charice is probably the only Filipino singer to guest in Oprah.
-She has also performed with big names in Hollywood and wowed them with her amazing performance.
-She will be on Glee and Im sure her star will even shine brighter.Need I say more?

I hope you're not one of charice's pathetic, envious detractors. Filipinos should support her as she's a nice person and brings honor to the country.

charice pempengco is one of the best young singers I've ever heard. We should be proud of her for bringing honor to our country.
